I have multiple pay cycles in my company, can you handle this?

We are very flexible, and our services cater for multiple pay cycles, including weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly, monthly and bi-monthly

What about time and attendance?

We have state of the art time and attendance features and systems that integrate directly into our system. You may opt for Facial Recognition, Web Kiosk, Photo Capturing, Pin Code, Geo Location, Time Sheet entering via the system.

Do you provide Payroll Reporting?

We provide multiple reports including PAYG, STP, Super, Payroll Tax, Leave balances and much more. This is accessible all from our system.

How do I pay my staff?

You can pay your employees direct either manually or via bank ABA file.

How do my employees record their time?

Using any Web-enabled device an employee can enter the time they have worked and other relevant details into a (timesheet) created in their Employee Kiosk. The employee then submits time logs for approval by their manager. We also provide other options ranging from Facial Recognition, iPad Kiosk, Pin Code enabled tablets etc.

Does your software manage leave?

Our system will automatically process and update balances. A wide range of leave reports are also available for you. Another benefit of our system is employees can view their leave balances, leave calendar and projected leave balance for a future date, via the app or online via the kiosk.

Does your system manage casual employees?

Yes, our system easily manages casual employees as well as those on variable hours.

What HR functions does your system offer?

Our system provides many HR functions that enable your business to manage its HR tasks including custom fields that can be set up for areas such as training, performance reviews, certificates, licenses, HR reports etc. You can also share global and individual documents that require acknowledgement by employees. There is no additional charge to have your HR in the cloud.
